Refund and delivery terms for Ming Clarity reports
Last updated: 15 July 2026
Ming Clarity sells personalised digital reports based on Chinese metaphysics traditions, including BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and the I Ching. These terms explain how paid reports are delivered, when refunds are available, how store purchase restoration works, and how to ask for help if something goes wrong.
One-time paid report
The Ming Clarity report is a one-time digital purchase. After Stripe confirms payment, the report is generated, shown in the browser, saved to a personal return link, cached to prevent duplicate generation, and emailed automatically when possible.
A report is considered delivered when it is successfully displayed in the browser or when the personal return link can be opened. Email delivery is a helpful copy and fallback, but email delays, spam filtering, or a blocked inbox do not by themselves mean the report was not delivered if the online report is accessible.
App store purchases
iOS purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit, and Android purchases are processed by Google Play. The app includes purchase restoration where supported so a previous store purchase can be reconnected after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device using the same store account. Web Stripe purchases and app-store purchases are separate purchase systems in V1.
Refund window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the report was not delivered, was duplicated by a technical error, or a serious technical failure prevented you from accessing it. Email info@finnexion.com with the payment email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
For Apple App Store and Google Play purchases, refund requests are handled by the relevant store under its own refund process. You can still contact Ming Clarity support if you need help restoring access or locating a purchased report.
When refunds may be declined
- The report was successfully delivered and accessible.
- The request is based only on disagreement with the interpretation or dissatisfaction with a reflective reading.
- The reading was used as a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- The request appears abusive, fraudulent, or connected to repeated chargebacks.
Technical delivery problems
If payment succeeded but the browser tab closed, the system is designed to prepare the report, save it to a return link, and email a copy automatically when possible. If the email does not arrive, check spam first and use the return link if you have it. If you cannot access the report online, contact support. We may resend the report, provide the return link, regenerate it from the paid session, or issue a refund when delivery cannot be fixed.
If an app-store purchase restores successfully but a report does not appear, contact support with the product name, store platform, and approximate purchase date. We may reconnect the report, regenerate it from the verified entitlement, or direct you to the store refund process if delivery cannot be fixed.
Subscriptions and trials
The daily-guidance subscription shown on the current website is a coming-soon interest path, not an active paid subscription unless a future checkout explicitly states otherwise. If subscriptions are launched, cancellation and renewal terms must be shown before payment.
Payment disputes
Payments are handled by Stripe. If you open a payment dispute with your bank or card provider, we may need to share transaction, delivery, and support records with Stripe or the payment network to resolve it.
Product limits
A reading is a digital interpretation for reflection and self-discovery. It is not a guarantee of an outcome, a prediction of fate, or professional advice.
