The agreement behind your readings

These terms govern your use of the Ming Clarity website, mobile apps, and the readings and reports they produce. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What the service is

Ming Clarity generates written interpretations based on Chinese metaphysics traditions, including BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and the I Ching, from the birth details and questions you provide. Readings are prepared with AI assistance from calculated chart context.

For reflection, not advice

Readings and reports are for reflection, self-discovery, and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and they do not predict the future with certainty. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility. If you face a serious medical, legal, or financial matter, consult a qualified professional.

Accounts and accuracy of inputs

The service does not require an account. The quality of a reading depends on the birth details you enter; entering another person's details without their permission is not allowed. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to use the service.

Purchases and refunds

• Web purchases are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout page.
• iOS in-app purchases are processed by Apple and follow the App Store terms.
• Android in-app purchases are processed by Google and follow the Google Play terms.
• Because paid reports are personalised digital content generated on demand, delivery happens immediately after payment. Our refund approach is described in the Refund Policy; store purchases follow the store's own refund process.

Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse the service: no automated scraping of readings, no attempts to overload or probe the APIs, no reselling of generated reports as your own product, and no use of the service to harass or defraud others.

Intellectual property

The service, its design, and its interpretation frameworks belong to the Ming Clarity operator. Your generated report is yours to keep and share for personal use.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Ming Clarity operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under Finnish and EU consumer law.
